The headquarters of the Istituto Superiore di Studi Musicali “V. Bellini” of Caltanissetta is located in Corso Umberto n. 84.
Administration
The school secretariat is open from Monday to Friday from 10.30 to 12.30. On Mondays, it is also open from 15:30 to 17:00. You can also contact us through the online form or by phone call from 12:00 to 13:00, please call +390934 565260 / +390934 565259.
Study rooms
When not engaged in the Institute education activities, the classrooms are available to students and their work.

Music instrument loan
All students are eligible to receive a loan for instruments.
The loan can last a maximum of one year and can be renewed.
The student must submit an application to the Director (form available here), signed by the teacher and parent or guardian (in the case of a minor).

Internet access is available throughout the Institute.

Fees and contributions
The student contribution consists of tax fees, institute contributions and, if due, the regional tax for the right to university study.
Students can view the “Fees and Contributions Regulations for Academic Courses”.

Diploma Supplement
The Diploma Supplement (DS) is a supplementary document obtained at the end of a course of study in a university or in a higher education institution.
The Diploma Supplement describes the nature, level, context, content and status of the studies carried out and completed by the student, according to an 8-point standard model, developed by the European Commission, the Council of Europe and UNESCO.
Masterclass
To expand its educational offer, the Institute organizes a series of Masterclasses called “Grandi Firme per la Didattica” with Masters and concert performers of great prestige in the international music artistic scene.
Music Training Courses
The Institute “V. Bellini” of Caltanissetta organizes extracurricular courses called Musical Training Courses with the aim of providing adequate theoretical and practical preparation, to access Preparatory Courses established by D.M. 382 of 11.05.2018.
The Training Course is 5 years; it can be shortened provided that all the skills are acquired and the age of the student is appropriate to access Preparatory Courses (enrolled in the 3rd year of the 2nd grade Secondary School), except, for those who undertake the path for the “Enhancement of young talents” provided for by art. 5 of D.M. 382/2018.
These courses are entrusted to highly qualified personnel with proven experience identified through a public selection call.
The students of these courses are periodically monitored by the Teachers of the Institute
